About
Kelly boasts over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She began dancing at the age of six and graduated from the Performing Arts High School in Syosset, as well as Point Park University in Pittsburgh. Kelly has been a traditionally trained Pilates instructor for 25 years and completed a four-year training program in the Feldenkrais Method. She is a certified Reiki practitioner and holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training certificate. In addition to being a full- time mom. :)
I have served a diverse clientele, including dancers, equestrians, mothers, nurses, therapists, social workers, yoga and Pilates instructors, retirees, and golf enthusiasts. My experience also extends to working with various injuries and rehabilitating my own, utilizing a blend of Reiki, Awareness Through Movement, and Pilates. While these practices are not substitutes for medical care, they have facilitated healing in my body from conditions like whiplash, plantar fasciitis, and slipped ribs.
Through years of exploring different healing and movement modalities, I have enriched my ability to support clients on their wellness journeys.
"Movement is life, and life is a process. Improve the quality of the process, and you improve the quality of life itself."

REIKI
I have been using Reiki for myself, friends and family for over 15 years.
It began with a chat with a Pilates client, who was also a nurse. She recounted a story about her colleagues at the hospital who began practicing Reiki to alleviate patient anxiety prior to surgery.
The benefits of Reiki are manifold; it helps alleviate anxiety and stress, aids in recovery from injuries and surgeries, and may allow for a quicker return to your regular routine with reduced reliance on medication.
PILATES
Pilates offers a comprehensive full body workout in just 45 minutes, targeting your core, including the abdominals, back, buttocks, and thighs. It combines strength training, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Breathing while moving is emphasized. Pilates is one of the first exercise methods, other than yoga and the Feldenkrais method to incorporate breathwork.
Awareness through Movement
(The Feldenkrais Method)
This class can be described as meditative movement. The gentle movements and pauses foster novel ways for the body to move. Sometimes, injuries or aging can disrupt or slow these signals. This technique helps recalibrate the brain-body connection through learning new movement patterns. It's particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, or arthritis. Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, the creator, was a renowned scientist and physicist.
FUNCTIONAL INTERGRATION is a private Feldenkrais session conducted on a low table, where the practitioner guides the student or client through subtle, gentle movements for therapeutic body realignment. Students often describe the experience as resembling a slow, intentional dance. This method aims to regulate and harmonize movement by engaging the nervous system.
